Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Prize Draw (“Promotion”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, except employees of elevate.io, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
By entering, participants confirm that they are eligible and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must sign up for a free elevate.io account.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm (local time) on 12th September (“Closing Date”).
No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. The Prize
One winner will receive:
A video masterclass session with elevate.io to create your Corporate Brand Story (must be redeemed before 30th November).
A DJI 4K Mini Drone.
A 6 month free subscription to the elevate.io Creator Plan, including AI tools, 4K Ultra HD exports, full Effects library, and 500GB storage.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. elevate.io reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Closing Date.
The winner will be notified by email on or around 12th September 2025
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prizes within 7 days of notification, elevate.io reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
5. Masterclass Redemption
The masterclass session must be scheduled and completed before 30th November.
If the winner fails to redeem the masterclass by this date, the prize will be forfeited.
6. Publicity & Data
By entering, participants consent to elevate.io using their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Promotion solely, without additional compensation.
Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with elevate.io’s Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
elevate.io accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical fault, technical malfunction, or any other reason beyond its control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, elevate.io will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
8. General
elevate.io reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
