What do I earn a commission on?
The commission is earned on the regional base subscription price for a plan minus sales tax and our vendor fees. Add-ons such as additional storage or seats are not included in the commission.
How much can I earn from referring subscribers?
There is no cap or limit to how much you can earn from paid referrals. You will earn a commission for the first year's subscription of every customer you bring in, minus sales tax, our vendor fees, and any optional discount code you choose to use. The more you refer, the more you earn.
When do I get paid?
You will get paid your commission 15 days after the end of the month in which any referrals either pay for or renew their subscriptions.
What if a potential customer goes to your site through my referral link but subscribes at a later date?
We use 90 day cookies to attribute sales to referrals. So even if a sale happens 90 days later, you’ll earn the commission, which is one of the most generous cookie durations amongst affiliate programs.
Do you have marketing materials for me to use to promote elevate.io?
Yes, we provide all our affiliates with a great asset library to easily integrate the promotion into your content. Check out the Resources section of your Affiliate Dashboard.
Do I need to be a subscriber to be an affiliate?
You do not need to be a paid subscriber or elevate.io user to be an affiliate. But signing up to try elevate.io for free on the Starter plan can make your promotion more authentic and successful.
Do I need a website to be an elevate.io affiliate?
No, any place where you can share your affiliate link works. Many affiliates generate traffic through their YouTube channels or other social media profiles.
