How to use comments

Placing a new comment

1. Select the comment tool above the timeline on the left

2. Place a comment anywhere on the timeline

3. Type your comment, hit enter, and you’re done

Viewing comments

• View quickly by hovering your mouse over the colored comment dot on top of the timeline.

• View all comments in the project in the comment panel on the right when selecting the comment tool.

Replying to a comment

• Click on a colored comment dot above the timeline to open the comment and type a reply.

Notify others when you comment

• By @mentioning team members in your comment, they will receive an email notification with your comment.

Inviting collaborators to comment

• Hit the blue ‘Invite’ button in the top right corner of the editor to invite collaborators to the project to comment.
