How to review videos faster and easier with Instant Review
What is Instant Review?
Instant Review lets you invite a teammate into your video project as a reviewer, not an editor, so they can:
Watch the video directly in the video editor to avoid back-and-forth file sharing.
Leave timestamped comments for precise feedback.
See live edits happen in real-time as the editor makes changes.
All from the browser!

How to use Instant Review
Switch to Review mode
Go into a video project, head to the top left of the editor, and flip the toggle from Edit
to Review
.
You are now in Instant Review mode.

Invite a reviewer
Click the blue Invite
button in the top right, enter their email address, and change their role from Can edit
to Can review
.
They'll receive an email invite. Once they log in to elevate.io on their computer, the link will redirected them straight to the project's Instant Review window.

Start reviewing
Once inside Instant Review, you'll see the video preview. You can scrub through the entire video with frame accuracy.
Just below, there's a large comments box where you can leave feedback at any point in the video. Your comments will also appear in the right-hand panel, where you can keep track of replies from the editor and follow the full conversation.
As changes are made, you'll see them happen live in the preview window. This means all feedback and revisions stay perfectly aligned.

The editor stays in control
All reviewer comments will show up directly on your editing timeline, making it easy to quickly action notes as you go.

To note: reviewers do not count as Seats. That means you can invite as many reviewers as you like and it won’t cost a thing!
No more back-and-forth
Congrats! You can finally forget the endless cycle of exporting and deciphering vague notes. With Instant Review, feedback happens where editing happens, so you can make faster decisions and keep projects moving.
